Love and Sacrifice

“And walk in the way of love, just as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us as a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God.” – Ephesians 5:2 (NIV)

Insight

Love always costs something. Jesus’ love led Him to give His life. In the same way, true love will require time, forgiveness, humility, and sometimes personal comfort. But it also brings joy, peace, and God’s smile.

Love isn’t just measured by emotion, but by sacrifice. Jesus said, “Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends” (John 15:13).
