Scripture: Matthew 28:19–20 "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations."

Meditation: The Great Commission is not a suggestion; it is a command given by Jesus to every believer. Before ascending to heaven, Jesus entrusted His followers with the responsibility of taking the Gospel to the world and making disciples of all nations.

Evangelism is not reserved for pastors, evangelists, or a few spiritually gifted people. Every believer has a part to play in sharing the Good News. Wherever God has placed you—at home, at work, in school, or in your community—you have an opportunity to represent Christ and make Him known.

Jesus did not send us alone. He promised to be with us always, even to the end of the age. We can therefore fulfil this mission with confidence, knowing that His presence goes with us.

Do not wait for a perfect opportunity or a special title. Start where you are, reach the people around you, and let your life and words point others to Jesus.

Evangelism is not for a few gifted people; it is the calling of the entire Church.

Reflection:

• You are not only a believer; you are also sent.

Who has God placed around you that you can reach with the Gospel? What practical step can you take today to share Christ with someone?
