Scripture: Matthew 24:46 "Blessed is that servant whom his master finds so doing when he comes."

Meditation: Service is a lifelong commitment. God has not called us to serve Him only when we feel motivated, when circumstances are favorable, or when people recognize our efforts. He calls us to remain faithful throughout our lives, continuing to do His will until Christ returns.

Jesus reminds us that the faithful servant is the one the Master finds doing what he has been entrusted to do. This means living with purpose, using our gifts, loving people, and carrying out our responsibilities with diligence. Even when the work feels tiring or the results seem small, remember that your service is never wasted when it is done unto the Lord.

Do not grow weary in doing good. There may be seasons when you feel unnoticed or when progress seems slow, but God sees your faithfulness. Keep serving with humility, patience, and love. Our hope is not merely in earthly recognition, but in the joy of pleasing our Master and receiving His eternal reward.

Stay faithful till the finish line. Let the return of Christ inspire you to live purposefully, serve wholeheartedly, and remain steadfast in your calling.

Reflection:

  • Stay faithful till the finish line.

Are you serving God consistently, even when the work is difficult or unnoticed? What can you do today to remain faithful to the responsibilities He has entrusted to you?

Confession:

  • I serve until He comes.
  • I remain faithful in every season, whether my work is seen or unseen.
  • I serve with love, diligence, and perseverance, knowing that my labor in the Lord is not in vain.
  • My eyes are fixed on Christ.
  • I look forward to the eternal reward of hearing Him say, “Well done, good and faithful servant.”

~ I'm enabled By the Power of the Holy Spirit, In Jesus Christ's name, Amen ~
