Scripture: Ecclesiastes 4:9 "Two are better than one."

Meditation: Teamwork amplifies impact. God never intended for us to do everything alone. In ministry, working together allows us to combine our gifts, share responsibilities, support one another, and accomplish more for His Kingdom.

Every member of a ministry team has something valuable to contribute. You may have different abilities, ideas, or approaches, but these differences can become strengths when everyone works toward the same purpose. Unity does not mean that you will always agree; it means choosing humility, communication, and love even when differences arise.

Avoid the mindset of a lone ranger. Be willing to listen, learn from others, offer help, and celebrate their contributions. A strong ministry team is not built by one person doing everything, but by everyone faithfully doing their part. When we serve together in unity, we strengthen one another and make our service more effective.

Reflection:

• Serve as a team player, not a lone ranger.

How well do you work with others in ministry? What can you do today to support a teammate, improve communication, or strengthen unity within your team?

Confession:

• I serve well with others.
• I value the gifts and contributions of every team member.
• I walk in humility, communicate with love, and work in unity toward a common purpose.
• Together, we strengthen one another and build God's Kingdom for His glory.
