Scripture: Psalm 100:2 "Serve the Lord with gladness."

Meditation: Joyful service is contagious. When you serve the Lord with a cheerful heart, your attitude can encourage others and reflect the goodness of God. God has not called us to serve Him with constant complaints, resentment, or a sense of obligation, but with gratitude and gladness.

Serving God is a privilege, not a burden. We have the opportunity to express our love for Him through our time, gifts, abilities, and daily actions. Even when the work is difficult or goes unnoticed, we can choose to serve with joy because our service is an expression of our gratitude to God.

Joy does not mean that every task will be easy or that we will always feel happy. It means remembering whom we serve and finding strength in Him, even during challenging seasons. When weariness comes, return to God's presence, renew your perspective, and allow gratitude to refresh your heart.

Your attitude is part of your service. A willing and joyful heart can make a difference in the lives of those around you. Let your words, actions, and attitude reflect the joy of knowing and serving the Lord.

Today, choose gratitude over complaining and gladness over resentment. Remember that you are serving the Lord, and let that truth shape the way you serve others.

• Through my joyful service, I encourage others and bring glory to His name.
