Scripture: Ephesians 1:22–23 "The church, which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all."

Meditation: You are part of Christ’s living Body on earth. The Church is more than a building or a gathering of people; it is the Body of Christ, with Jesus as its Head. Every believer is connected to Him and to one another by divine purpose.

Just as the members of a physical body depend on one another, we are called to live in love, unity, and mutual care. Each member has a role to play, and every contribution matters. When we honor one another, protect unity, and serve faithfully, we help build a healthy Body that reflects Christ to the world.

Let your words, actions, and attitude strengthen the Church rather than create division. Remember, you are not called to stand alone; you are part of something greater than yourself.

Reflection:

• Honor the Body — dishonor disconnects.

How can you honor Christ’s Body through your words, relationships, service, and attitude toward fellow believers today?

Confession:

• I am part of Christ’s Body.
• I build it in love and unity.
• I honor my fellow believers, value every member.
• I faithfully fulfill my part in God’s purpose.
• Through my words and actions, I strengthen the Church and reflect the love of Christ.
