Scripture:

Mark 9:35 "If anyone desires to be first, he shall be last of all and servant of all."

Meditation: In the Kingdom of God, greatness is measured by humility and service, not by position, title, or recognition. Jesus teaches us that true greatness comes from putting others first and willingly serving them. When we serve with the right heart, we reflect Christ’s character and demonstrate the values of His Kingdom. Service may not always receive applause from people, but it matters deeply to God.

Reflection:

• When you serve others, you become great in heaven’s eyes.

Where can you choose humility and serve someone today without seeking recognition?

Confession:

• I pursue greatness through service.
• I serve joyfully and humbly.
• I put others first, follow Christ’s example, and allow my service to bring glory to God.
