Scripture: Romans 5:17 "Those who receive abundance of grace and the gift of righteousness will reign in life."

Meditation: Righteousness is the foundation of spiritual authority. Through Christ, we have received the gift of righteousness—not because of our own perfection or works, but because of God's grace.

Righteousness gives us boldness before God and confidence in how we live before others. We do not have to live under the weight of guilt, condemnation, or shame. We can stand confidently in the grace we have received and exercise the authority God has given us.

When you understand who you are in Christ, you stop living like a slave and begin to live with the confidence of a king. Grace empowers you to reign in life.

Reflection::

• Guilt makes slaves; righteousness makes kings.

Are there areas where guilt or condemnation has been holding you back from walking confidently in the righteousness and grace you have received in Christ?

Confession:

• I reign in life through righteousness and grace in Christ Jesus.
• I am free from guilt and condemnation.
• I stand boldly before God, and walk confidently in His grace
• I exercise the authority He has given me.
