Scripture: Galatians 5:17 "The flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh."

Meditation: The battle between the flesh and the Spirit is real, but victory belongs to the one who yields to the Spirit. As you surrender your desires, thoughts, and actions to Him, the Holy Spirit strengthens you to overcome the pull of the flesh and walk according to God's will.

Reflection:

• You cannot feed the flesh and expect the Spirit to rule. Starve the flesh through the Word and prayer.

What area of your life do you need to surrender more fully to the Holy Spirit today?
